All you need to know about how to use our new update to get the most out of our platform
Our latest update to the GrapeData app allows you to have an enhanced experience so you can get the most out of our surveys. For example, were you unsure about how long surveys last on our platform? Or you would like to be able to have better insight into how to complete a survey via interview?
With the 6.0 version of the GrapeData app, we have improved the way our users can interact with our platform and with our surveys, allowing them to make better use of their time.
We’ve got a whole host of new features that will make it easy for you to complete surveys and monetise your knowledge. With these updates you can now complete surveys in our mobile app in a single window, plan the submissions better with a displayed survey duration, and much more. Let’s have a detailed look at each of the features below:
The new app will allow you to update your profile directly and will help us tailor which projects you see and participate in so that we present you with the best available tasks. See below a screenshot of the new profile page in the 6.0 version.
Because we believe in compensating our users as quickly as possible, we have revised our payout rules which you can find in our Terms and Conditions. The new rules will also include a guarantee of a 48-hour payout for eligible projects, which you will find highlighted on the task. You can also navigate to the ‘More’ section in the mobile app to view paid and pending balances for the tasks that you have successfully completed.
These tags are designed so that you can have a better idea of how long each survey lasts. Have a look at these before you start a task so that you can maximise the number of submissions you’re able to make.
This feature allows you to complete the survey in one window in the mobile app. Yes, no more switching tabs!
To protect your privacy, we’ve now enabled a 2-Factor authentication on PayPal and your email address. Changing your Paypal address will now require you to enter a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email address.
The appeals feature on our app allows you to request a review of your submission in case you feel the need to do so. With our all-new redesign, you can now differentiate between each response, if you’ve submitted more than one. You will see the name of the person you’ve interviewed, their job title, and company name on top of each response card in the ‘Project Details-Submission Screen’, provided you share this when submitting the task.
